Question: What is your return policy?

Answer: We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund or replace your order if possible. If a return or exchange is needed, the customer will bear the return shipping costs. Once refunded, you should expect to receive your funds on your original payment method within 7 business days.

Question: How do custom orders work?

Answer: Specific items are set up to be custom orders only. Each of these items will have instructions in the product description and before checkout asking you to add details to help us create your custom vision. Please be as detailed as possible in your description. If you have any questions about what customization options are possible, please contact us either before or after placing your order and we will be in contact with you to make your vision a reality!

Question: Oh no, something I wanted is out of stock, what do I do?

Answer: Let us know! If there is something you want that we are currently out of stock on, contact us! Certain collections can be restocked based on availability of materials and customer demand. If we can’t bring it back, we can give recommendations on something similar you’ll love!

Question: Where is my order confirmation?

Answer: Thank you for your order! Order confirmations are emailed automatically upon successful completion of the order. Shipping/pickup confirmations are sent as soon as your order is in the mail or ready to be picked up. If you do not see an email from us, please check your spam/junk folder!

Question: How do I care for my earrings?

Answer: For any-day cleaning, gently wipe with a cloth soaked in a mild soap and water solution or a specialized jewelry cleanser. Dry with a soft cloth. For a deep clean, wipe with a soft cloth soaked in isopropyl alcohol or rubbing alcohol and allow to air-dry.

Special note for paper flowers or wood-based earrings: Do not get any part of the paper or wood wet with water or cleaning solution, the material may warp or discolor! Only clean the metal earring. A q-tip may help for precision cleaning.

Remove earrings before swimming in pools or open water. Chlorine or saltwater may tarnish the earrings.

Store fish-hook earrings by hanging to avoid bending or misshaping the metal. Post earrings may be carefully stored in a jewelry box

Our earrings are made with hypoallergenic materials. Even with this precaution, some people may be extra sensitive to certain metals. If you notice any signs of irritation or infection, stop use immediately and contact your doctor.

Please note that these are methods to clean earrings, not fresh piercings! Always follow your piercing artist’s instructions for wound care!
